The Profiling Labs were delighted to be invited by the SAP channel team to attend UKISUG Connect as part of the SAP MSB Competence Centre stand to promote the program and the services available from The Profiling Labs. UKI SUG Connect is a vehicle which provides a voice for SAP users in the UK which currently comprises of over 500 organisations and 4,000 professionals. The aims of facilitating networking, knowledge exchanges and best practice amongst SAP users are at the forefront of the organisation.
The purpose of UKISUG Connect was to bring together SAP Users and Professionals alike to share their multitude of experience and also to demonstrate the next innovations in the marketplace showcasing approximately 70 exhibitors and over 500 SAP customers. Throughout the course of the two-day event, there was a range of speakers from SAP’s senior management providing insights through compelling talks and also a range of SAP’s large customers such as Jaguar Land Rover but to name a few sharing their stories.
The Profiling Labs were situated on the Marketing Services Bureau (MSB) stand during the conference. As a Super MSB, The Profiling Labs has the deep underlying experience of providing extensive outbound marketing services to both SAP and their partners across the EMEA region for the past 10 years. The SAP MSB program was established in order to provide SAP partners access to a source of trusted service providers who can quickly run innovative lead generation activities which in turn generate incremental revenue streams for the partner organisations. A further critical factor surrounding MSB competence centre is that every campaign is 100% refundable to partners under the SAP MDF fund.
The Profiling Labs was selected to attend the conference due to our wealth of SAP experience and to promote the core services available to partners through the MSB Competence centre such as;
- Target Account Profiling;
- CRM Data Cleaning and Enhancement;
- Business Development – Telemarketing and Social Selling
The Profiling Labs looked to utilise the Connect Conference to enhance their visibility to SAP partners as a MSB service provider, to engage with these prospects which have the potential to be filtered in to their future pipeline.
Curtis Cox, Director of Services and Operations at the Profiling labs relayed his thoughts on the event: “Overall attending the event was not only extremely beneficial but also insightful. Over the course of the event, we had some great discussions with potential prospects and engaged with a wide range of different partners. It was also brilliant to attend the management-led talks and discover what the future holds. We would definitely like to attend this event again.”
